| 摘 要： | 在我国中小企业融资难呼声不断的同时，众多中小企业并没有因融资难而放慢其发展的脚步，不断地有一些中小企业脱颖而出。本文运用融资理论分析成功的中小企业在不同发展阶段的融资经验，探索中小企业融资的有效途径，以期能给面对融资难而困顿的中小企业以借鉴或启示。

| Abstract: | Numerous SMEs complained the difficulties about financing. Meanwhile, most of them didn't slow down their pace, instead, some of them topped among others. The paper hereafter will illustrate the experience of some successful SMEs financing at their various period of development, and it will have a further analysis on the accessibility for SMEs' s financing business to serve as a reference for SMEs when they encounter financing difficulties. |
