| 摘 要： | 见义勇为是中华民族的传统美德,本文通过对见义勇为行为概念的内涵进行分析,认为见义勇为是指没有约定或者法定义务,为了保护国家、集体利益或者他人的人身、财产安全,与违法犯罪作斗争或者抢险救灾的行为.进而进一步分析见义勇为行为的补偿原则和具体的补偿办法,最后对实践中几个关于见义勇为行为的补偿问题进行必要的说明.

| Abstract: | Never hesitated to do what is right is Chinese nation that traditional virtue that content,this text passes to the never hesitated to do what is right behavior concept proceed the analysis,think the never hesitated to do what is right icing a Human body to point and did not agreement or legal duty,for the sake of protection nation,collective benefits or others,property safety,with break the law the crime make the conflict or the behavior that rob the relief.Then further analyze the never hesitated to do what is right behavioral and in expiation of principle with the in a specific way in expiation of way,finally to practice inside several the concerning never hesitated to do what is right behavioral and in expiation of problem proceeds the necessary elucidation,expatiating own standpoint. |
