| 摘 要： | 为全面客观、科学合理地评价中国城市的可持续发展能力,并为政府部门制定相关政策提供参考依据,基于可拓理论,以天津市为例,从社会、环境和经济三个方面综合考虑,构建了天津市可持续发展可拓评价的物元模型,并采用简单关联函数确定指标权重,通过计算关联度和等级度,对天津市可持续发展进行了综合评价。结果表明,评价方法可操作性强,评价模型科学合理。
