田径技术教学运用组合教学法的实验研究

摘    要:借鉴积累的经验 ,优选教学方法 ,对新的教学方法进行教学实验研究。结果表明 :实验组在技术评定与理论测试中 ,成绩均好于对照组。说明组合教学法遵循了现代田径教学规律 ,注重了学生快速、牢固地掌握技术动作 ;注重了对学生各种能力的培养 ,优化了教学过程 ,使田径运动教学更加合理、完善。

Abstract:This paper, on the base of accumulating experience, selects an optimum teaching method, does lots of research on the new teaching method and finds that theexperimental group did a better job on both technique assessment and theory test than the compared group. Thus, we reach a conclusion that the combined teaching method not only follows the rules of modern track-and-field teaching which helps students to grasp technique actions more quickly and steadily, but also pays attention to developing multi-ability which consummates the teaching process and makes the track-and-field teaching more reliable and perfect.
