| 摘 要： | 可持续发展理论的提出,是人们对传统发展模式进行长期深刻反思的结晶。世界人口的爆炸式增长、自然资源的日渐短缺和生态环境的不断恶化,是现代可持续发展理论产生的直接背景。人类经过探索,终于找到一条“既满足当代人需要,又不对后代人满足其需要的能力构成危害”的可持续发展之路。把后代人纳入到现代人的思维空间,把全球状态溶入到国家和地区发展的理念,这从实在的意义上为我们设立了一种未来的时空发展理念,为我们提供了一种从未来看现代的认识视野,这其实是一种后现代主义的视野。从一定意义上说可持续发展是后现代主义的呈现,具有后现代性特征,即后现代时空、后现代思维方式和后现代文化底蕴。

| Abstract: | The notion of sustainable development is the quintessence of contemplation at length over traditional mode of development.The explosive population growth around the globe,exhaustion of natural resources and deterioration of ecological environment,make up the background of modern theory of sustainable development.The quest of humanity finally seeks out a way of sustainable development,which satisfies the needs of the contemporary,while pose little threat to later generations to fulfill their needs.Accommodating the later ages in the contemporary dimension of thinking and taking the global situation into domestic consideration,which sets up a futurist spatial-temporal dimension of development and provides us a way of viewing now from future,virtually is a post-modern vision.In a certain sense,sustainable development is a post-modern representation,has post-modern characteristics,namely post-modern space-time,way of thinking and culture. |
