Abstract:In the post-pandemic era,the traditional teaching methods in colleges and universities are being broken.For the teaching reform in the post-pandemic era,the integration of online and offline mixed teaching model should be continuously explored.For example,the instrumental analysis experiment course needs largescale experiment equipment,which can only be used in school laboratories,so online teaching can not completely replace offline teaching.According to the characteristics of gas chromatography instrumental analysis teaching in instrumental analysis experiment course,methanol and n-butanol alcohol series are used to replace benzene and toluene series,which are highly toxic in traditional experiments.The offline experiment teaching of undergraduate courses is improved and optimized,and the experimental projects which are friendly to environment are used to find better experiment conditions for the experiments.This paper has certain reference significance for how to better carry out the online teaching of instrumental analysis experiment,improve the undergraduate experiment teaching level,and promote the establishment of environment-friendly laboratories.
