摘    要:为了创新本科护理课堂教学模式,调动每个学生学习的主动性和积极性,将教与学的重心真正转移到“以学生为中心”,促进学生的成长与发展,选取学院2016级全日制护理本科学生为研究对象,在“儿科护理”课程中全面实践“大班授课+小班研讨”两个教学环节组成的教学模式,采用问卷调查、深度访谈相结合的方法,对该教学模式实施效果进行评估。提高学生的学习参与度,强化学习效果的特性和作用,促进教师教学共同体的形成。

Abstract:In order to innovate the undergraduate nursing classroom teaching mode,mobilize the learning initiative and enthusiasm of each student,and truly shift the focus of teaching and learning to“student-centered”and promote the growth and development of students,full-time undergraduate nursing students in Grade 2016 of the college were selected as the research object.In the“Pediatric Nursing”course,the teaching mode composed of“large class teaching+small class discussion”is fully practiced,and the implementation effect of the teaching mode is evaluated by the combination of questionnaire and in-depth interview,so as to improve students’learning participation,strengthen the characteristics and role of learning effect,and promote the formation of teachers’teaching community.
