| Abstract: | Curriculum ideological and political education means that the curriculum carries ideological and political elements.Teachers are the main force of curriculum ideological and political education,and counselors are political members.The two sides share the same origin in the object of education,complement each other in the work field and learn from each other in methods,but there are also some problems,such as the imbalance of collaborative consciousness,the loss of collaborative function,the dishonesty of influence and the anomie of collaborative effectiveness.From the perspective of self-organization,this paper constructs a guarantee mechanism with resource integration as the core,a restriction mechanism with assessment as the core and an incentive mechanism with reward and punishment innovation as the core,so as to form the external force of catalyzing collaborative education,in order to produce the effect of collaborative education and implement the fundamental task of Enhance Morality,Foster Talents with curriculum ideological and political education. |
