| 摘 要： | 社会治理作为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要内容,构成了“政府、市场、社会”多元主体共治的治理格局。社区教育是城镇社区治理、社会治理现代化的强力助推器,社区教育融入社区治理不仅是社会治理现代化进程中应然层面的价值引领,更是新时代背景下社区教育主动作为的实然依据和必然趋势。一方面,社区教育从组织、群体、个体、社会层面主动融入社区治理,参与公共服务提供和公共事务管理与共治,回应群众对美好生活的需求;另一方面,各类社区教育活动融入社区治理,拓展和丰富社区教育的内涵和外延,创新社区教育发展模式,形成社区教育高质量发展生态,进而使社区教育更加契合国家、社会经济发展,实现社区教育的价值。

| Abstract: | As an important part of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,social governance constitutes the co-governance pattern of multiple subjects which are“government,market and society”.Community education is a powerful booster for the modernization of urban community governance and social governance.The integration of community education into community governance is not only the value guidance of the inevitable level in the process of social governance modernization,but also the actual basis and inevitable trend of community education initiative in the new era.On the one hand,community education actively integrates into community governance from organizational,group,individual and social levels,participates in public service provision and public affairs management and co-governance,and responds to people s demands for a better life.On the other hand,all kinds of community education activities are integrated into community governance,expanding and enriching the connotation and extension of community education,innovating the development model of community education,and forming the ecology of high-quality development of community education,so as to make community education more suitable for national and social economic development,and realize the value of community education. |
