| Abstract: | Network technology is the basis on which network ethics is produced. The intercourse character of "virtual reality"supported by network space is imagination. The phenomenal and intrinsical a-nalysis of the problems of network ethics in the reality are the ground of building network ethics. Examining from fundamental ethics, the premises of building network ethics is responsibility ethics. |
