提高跨栏栏间跑能力的教学实验研究

摘    要:长期以来,在田径跨栏教学中一直存在着学生难以完成三步栏间跑节奏的教学难题。针对这一难题,本研究于1987年和1993年先后进行了两轮教学测试与教学实验,发现了栏间跑第一步步长与下栏着地点同栏架距离之比是影响栏门跑能力的重要因素,首次提出了“K值”理论及其作用,证明了提高“K值”系数是提高跨栏栏门跑能力的关键。

Abstract:There has long been a problem in teaching hurdles that it is difficult for students to rhythmatically cover the three steps between hurdles. To solve this problem, the writers carried out two rounds of teaching measurements and experiments in 1987 and 1993 , and found that the ratio of the length of the first step between hurdles to the distance between the landing point and next hurdle was an important factor that influences steps between hurdles, and thus we put forward the theory of "K value" and its applications for the first time and proved that increasing "K value" coefficient was the key to strengthen steps between hurdles.
