| 摘 要： | 和谐化高校管理是一种全新的管理理念.它以"和"文化为思想基础,坚持"以人为本"的核心价值观,运用"和而不同"的思维方式.和谐化高校管理具有规范化、人性化、生态化等基本特点.和谐化高校管理必须坚持科学管理与民主管理相结合、依法治校与以德治校相结合、协调管理与动态管理相结合等基本原则.
