浅析农村初中数学学困生的成因及对策

摘    要:农村初中数学学困生不仅困扰着农村初中数学的教学,也直接影响着整体教学水平的提高。学困生的成因是多方面的,主要有:学生、家庭、教师、社会等许多因素。农村初中数学教学要想真正体现素质教育的全体性,首要的一点就是正确对待学困生。在实际教学中,数学教师要总结经验,发现问题,采取培养学困生学习兴趣,指导正确的学习方法,为他们创设成功机会,以情施教,个别辅导等有效策略,可促使学困生发生根本性地转化,从而提高农村初中数学教学质量。

Abstract:Not only do the difficult students on junior math learning trouble the teaching in the countryside,but also they affect the improvement of the whole teaching level.The factors,causing such a situation,are diverse.The main ones are students,families,teachers,society and so on.If junior math teaching intents to embody the entirety of qualitative education exactly in the countryside,first,we should treat this kind of students correctly.During practical teaching,math teachers should conclude the experience,find out the problems,take the effective strategies of nurturing the interests of difficult students,guiding the correct learning methods,creating the achievement chances for them,processing teaching with enthusiasm,and individual teaching and so on.In this way,we can promote this kind of students to change ridiculously,so that the teaching quality of junior math in the countryside is improved.
