| 摘 要： | 人力资源作为社会生产力的第一要素,是发挥大连市旅游资源优势、提升大连旅游业国际竞争力,并实现大连市旅游跨越式可持续发展的必要条件。然而,如何开发大连市旅游人力资源和加快旅游人力资本积累,将是摆在大连市旅游界面前的一个重大而紧迫的课题.本文就大连市旅游人力资源开发利用中存在的问题以及面临的挑战,提出相应对策和措施。
