| 摘 要： | 面对日益严峻的就业形势,如何落实"以人为本"的理念,加强和改进大学生职业生涯规划辅导,是亟待解决的一个重要课题。本文对目前我国大学生职业生涯规划辅导的特点进行了总结和剖析,最后就如何构建有中国特色的大学生职业生涯辅导提出一些建议和设想,以期加强和改进我国大学生的职业生涯规划辅导建设。

| Abstract: | Faced with increasingly severe employment situation,how to implement people-oriented concept,strengthening and improving career planning guidance is an important issue to be solved.This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of China's current career planning guidance,and finally put forward some suggestions and imagines on how to build career planning guidance of college students with Chinese characteristics,in order to strengthen and improve career planning guidance development. |
