| 摘 要： | 教学管理是按照教学的规律和特点,对教学工作进行计划、组织、控制、监督的过程。在高校的管理中,教学管理的规章制度建设是一项重要内容,要从学校的发展规划,专业的发展规划到组织和引导院系各专业进行专业建设,课程建设等方面,根据各种教育教学活动的需要,实现最优组合、形成科学运行机制、发挥整体效益就必须制定一套切实可行的、规范化的、科学的、完整的教学管理制度。
