| 摘 要： | “学科馆员”制度是国际图书馆界先进的办馆理念和全新的服务模式。它指的是以学科为对象、依托具有某一学科专业背景、熟悉图书馆的馆藏结构的资源利用手段。具有敏锐的信息意识和较强的信息组织加工夏获取文献能力的图书馆高级专门人员。与某一学科建立对口、服务。它对“学科馆员”提出了新的要求。本文论述了建立“学科馆员”制度的必要性、“学科馆员”的素质和职责以夏建立“学科馆员”制度的举措。参考文献3。

| Abstract: | The system of "Liasion Liberian" is the advanced idea of running a library and the brand-new service mode in the field of international library. It refers to the senior professional of library who works for a certain subject, who has a certain discipline professional background, who is familiar with the means of utilization of the resources of structure of library, and who has the sharp consciousness of information and stronger ability of organizing and processing information and the ability to obtain the documents,and who at last sets up the one-to-one service with a certain discipline. The system has put forward the new demand for such kind of Librarians. This text has expounded that necessity of setting up the system , the quality and duties of "Liasion Liberians" and the measures of setting up the system . 3 Refs. |
