摘    要:运动性蛋白尿是1个古老的话题,但对其发生机制还未完全弄清楚。一般认为,肾缺血/再灌注期间产生的自由基是引起滤过膜通透性发生变化而导致蛋白尿的重要因素。在缺血/再灌注期间,ATP合成能力下降,P53、Bax等促凋亡基因表达上调,NO大量生成,细胞色素C、AIF外溢,从而导致细胞凋亡的发生,使肾小球、肾小管的功能衰退。故目前不少学者认为细胞凋亡是引发蛋白尿的1个重要的因素。

Abstract:Post-exercise proteinuria is an old topic, but its exact mechanism has not been known thoroughly. It is generally acknowledged that during the exercise-induced ischemic/reperfusion, the permeability transition of filtration membrane that is triggered by the free radical is why the proteinuria is produced. During ischemic/reperfusion, with the expression of some genes, for example p53 and Bax, being improved a great deal, the production of Atp being reduced a lot, the amount of NO being added to, and CytC running out of motochondria, kidney cell apoptosis is unavoidable, the function of kidney is impaired as well. So today many scholars think kidney cell apoptosis may be one important factor that result in proteinuria.
