| 摘 要： | 我国教师专业化的程度并不高,从国际教育专业化的范围内来看,我国教师专业化或教师的专业发展只处于初始阶段,当前我国教师专业化的发展策略,应从教师专业精神的培养、教师专业继续教育、教师参与知识方式和教师资格证书制度等四个方面考虑。
