我国教师专业化的发展策略

摘    要:我国教师专业化的程度并不高,从国际教育专业化的范围内来看,我国教师专业化或教师的专业发展只处于初始阶段,当前我国教师专业化的发展策略,应从教师专业精神的培养、教师专业继续教育、教师参与知识方式和教师资格证书制度等四个方面考虑。

Abstract:The level of teachers' professionalization in China is not so high and the professionalization or the development just at the primary stage, and in the developmental strategy four aspects should be considered such as the cultivation of teachers' professional spirit, the continuing education of their profession, their knowledge and the system of their qualification certificate.
