| 摘 要： | 价值规律是市场经济的基本规律。当前房地产市场价格严重偏离价值是由于诸如供求关系、弹性、信息不时称等方面的原因；针对这些原因，必须采取切实可行的措施，以培育合理的房地产市场价格机制。
