| 摘 要： | 有效预防心理咨询侵犯大学生隐私权行为的发生和对侵权损害进行有效的法律救济,切实保护大学生的隐私权,对于充分发挥心理咨询在大学生思想政治教育中的重要作用,具有特别重要的意义.文章主要论述了心理咨询中保护大学生隐私权的重要意义、心理咨询侵犯大学生隐私权的主要表现及原因,并提出了有效预防心理咨询侵犯大学生隐私权行为的发生和对侵权损害进行有效的法律救济的对策.

| Abstract: | Effective prevention of infringing on college students' privacy in psychological consultation and providing legal remedies for such infringement is significant of the ideological education of college students.The paper discusses the significance of protecting the college students' privacy during the psychological consultation and the major manifestation and causes of infringing,and proposes corresponding measures against infringing on college students' privacy and legal remedial approaches for privacy infringement. |
