| 摘 要： | 社会适应能力关系着大学生自身的竞争能力，关系着社会的繁荣，国家的富强。拓展训练是一种全新的培养社会适应能力的教育方式，本文探讨了拓展训练的起源及对社会适应能力的影响，并分析了引入拓展训练的可行性，以期为大学生社会适应能力的培养带来新的观念。

| Abstract: | Social adaptability is related to the competition ability of undergraduates, social prosperity and national wealthy. Expansive training is a new education way to cultivate social adaptability. The paper discussed the origin of expansive training, the influence on social adaptability, and analyzed the feasibility of introducing expansive training, expecting to offer some new idea to cultivate undergraduates＇ social adaptability. |
