Abstract:The most valuable treasure of Luoyang is her cultural inheritance and humanistic spirit. People in Luoyang should be good at discovering their city's credibility culture resources and utilizing the voice of culture's to set up the credibility culture brand of Luoyang in diversified ways and to improve her "soft strength". Ultimately, the construction of harmonious society will be fostered inside the city while the credibility image will be set up outside to contribute to the development of Luoyang's economy and society.
