摘    要:创新教育的前提是创造性人格的培养。创造性人格的形成需要宽松自主的学习环境与个性化教育。开发学习端的探索热情和兴趣潜力,培养自主个性、独立人格和求异思维的勇气是培养创造性人格的重要内涵和基础。

Abstract:The fostering of creative personality is the foundation of innovative education. The formation of creative personality requires the rendering of relaxed environment for autonomous learning and individualized education. The cultivation of initiative individuality, independent personality as well as the courage of seeking distinctive thinking on the part of learning are all essential and fundamental to the fostering of creative personality.
