| 摘 要： | 在专利竞赛理论中，参赛企业的创新动力如何随其在竞赛中的相对技术位置的不同而变化是经济学家研究的焦点之一。但目前对这一问题存在两种截然不同观点：一种观点认为领先企业有较大的创新动力，另一种观点正好相反。本对原有的研究做一总结，并初步探讨了难以得出完美结论的原因及该研究对于企业的启示。

| Abstract: | How the racing firm's innovation incentive changes as its competing status alters is the focus of the theory of the patent races. By now there are two distinct views on the question: some scholars hold that the incentive of the pioneers is more than the followers, and there are also some scholars hold the opposite views. We summary the literatures on this subject and probe into the reasons of not having drawn perfect conclusions and discuss the elicitations to the racing firms. |
