| 摘 要： | 随着就业形势的多样化和劳动关系的复杂化,灵活就业人员的工伤保障问题日益引起人们的关注。由于多种因素的制约,他们暂时不能参加工伤保险,使得其合法权益往往得不到充分保护。灵活就业人员工伤保险制度亟待出台。制度的设计既要保持与现行工伤保险制度的衔接,又要适合灵活就业人员的特殊需要。

| Abstract: | With the diversification of employment situation and the complication of labor relations,the work-related injury security problems of the flexible employees raise more and more concern.Due to the restriction of many factors,they can’t have the work-related injury insurance temporarily,which causes that their legitimate rights and interests can’t be protected.The systems on flexible employees’ work-related injury insurance need to be established urgently.The systems designing should both keep connected with the present work-related insurance systems and fit in with the flexible employees’ special requirements. |
