| 摘 要： | 校内实训基地的管理模式是教学管理模式的重要组成部分,是当前高职教育领域的重点和热点课题。要分析高职院校校内实训基地管理模式及对其运行效能的影响,应从校内实训基地的运行机制、管理模式及内涵建设入手,提出一种适合高职院校校内实训基地运行的管理模式及实施措施,以便校内实训基地的各项资源得到有效利用,从而使其整体效能得到进一步提升。

| Abstract: | The management model of on-campus training bases is the important component of the teaching management model,and is the key and hot topic in the present higher vocational education field.Analyzing the management model of on-campus training bases in higher vocational colleges and its influence on the operation efficiency should start with the construction of on-campus training base operation mechanism,management model and connotation so that the management model of on-campus training bases and implementation measures suitable for higher vocational colleges can be put forward so as to make full use of all resources in on-campus training bases effectively and promote its whole efficiency. |
