| 摘 要： | 山东半岛蓝色经济区是我国第一个以海洋经济为主题的区域发展战略,对山东经济发展具有重要的战略意义。青岛市作为山东半岛蓝色经济区核心区的龙头城市,应合理确定自身在经济区内的定位,率先融入自身辐射圈,以此带动山东半岛蓝色经济区的发展,加快推动全省区域发展的一体化进程。青岛必须积极实施区域一体化战略,努力抢占城市生存空间,加快推进制度设计,灵活运用各种各类自由贸易协定,着力培育战略性新兴产业,促进蓝色经济又好又快地发展。

| Abstract: | Shandong peninsula blue economic zone is the first regional development strategy with the theme of marine economy,which has an important strategic significance for the economic development of Shandong.As the leading city of the core region in Shandong peninsula blue economic zone,Qingdao should reasonably determine its own orientation in economic zone,take the lead in integrating into its own radiation circle,bring along the development of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone,and promote the regional integration process in Shandong.Qingdao must actively implement the regional integration strategy,make efforts to fight for the city living space,accelerate the system design,flexibly use all kinds of FTA,and foster emerging industries of strategic importance,so as to promote the sound and rapid development of blue economy. |
