| 摘 要： | 为了解和掌握乌鲁木齐市成年人的体质现状,科学评价其健康水平,通过对乌鲁木齐市成年人的身体形态、机能及运动素质的指标进行分析,研究和探讨了乌鲁木齐市成年人体质的特征和变化规律,并根据存在的问题提出建议。

| Abstract: | In order to know and master physical fitness condition of adult people in Urumqi city,scientifically evaluate their health condition,this paper made analysis on motor quality index,body physique and function,discussed the character and changing rule.Based on existing problem,some suggestions were put forwarded. |
