| 摘 要： | 特色资源是某一地区特有的且又有一定影响和较大价值的文化资源。构建省域内高校特色数据库共建共享体系是开展高校科研活动,推进省域文化建设与经济发展,提高省域内高校大学生综合素质,实现特色文献资源知识增值和适应时代发展以及图书馆发展的需要。构建共建共享体系面临着版权和知识产权、数据库内容统一规范等问题。因此,高校图书馆应充分挖掘最具保护价值的特色资源,依靠高素质的人才团队和政府资金、法规政策保障体系,建立起标准统一、规范统一的特色资源共享体系。
