| Abstract: | From the concept and theory of postgraduate educational cost recovery, this paper demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of postgraduate educational cost recovery in the university and institutes of physical education. Furthermore, many correlative measures are put forward and some benefits for postgraduate education reform in the university and institutes of physical education are pointed out. |
