| 摘 要： | 明代特务机构是我国封建社会君主专制主义中央集权发展到极端的产物,是一种畸形的国家政治机构。特别是以宦官为主的特务人员,由于其心理、生理特点以及其所处的环境,决定了他们天生就具有从事特务活动的潜质。而我国封建社会发展到明朝,已经到了没落时期,与其相联系的封建官僚机构已腐败不堪,君主又有着将一切权力集于己身的欲望,对其愈发不信任,只有借助于特务机构。
