| 摘 要： | 随着后勤社会化改革的逐渐深入及新校区建设的开展,食堂建设管理遇到了很多困难,文章根据培训型高校的特点,并借鉴BOT基础设施项目投资运营方式的思想,来解决这一难题。在分析BOT融资运营模式特点的基础上,提出了食堂建设管理的内资BOT融资运作方式,阐述了利用内资BOT融资进行食堂建设管理的优势。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the socialized reform of logistics and the building of new campus,there appear a lot of difficulties in the canteen management.Based on the features of the training-type colleges and universitise,as well as the analysis of the features of the operating mode of the BOT financing and in light of the investing and operating mode of the BOT infrastructure projects,this paper puts forwards the BOT internal financing mode for the canteen construchion and management and expounds the advantages of making use of the BOT internal financing for the constructions and management of the canteen. |
