| 摘 要： | 为了充分发挥运动技能迁移规律在投掷技能教学与训练中的作用,提高运动训练效果,通过教学与训练实验发现共同的身体素质要求和相似的关键技术环节是技能间迁移的基础,对各动作技能的高度分化和概括化是产生迁移的根本原因。就该问题进行分析与研究,希望能为青少年投掷的教学与训练提供可参考的理论建议。

| Abstract: | To exert the effect of exercise technique move rule on throw teaching and training, through the experiments of teaching and training, we found that common physical fitness and similar key techniques link were the foundation of move among the techniques. The basic cause of producing move was due to highly resolve and generalize on every exercise technique. This article discussed this problem preliminarily and provided theoretical propose for throw teaching and training in teenagers. |
