| 摘 要： | 目的:调查上海市某民办高校大学生近一个月内的生活方式与心理状况,旨在描述在校大学生不良健康行为及心理问题现状并探讨两者之间的关系。方法:调查工具包括大学生健康生活方式量表及一般健康问卷GHQ-20,对在校大学生进行在线问卷调查。结果:不同性别大学生健康生活方式总分的差异有统计学意义(p=0.036);男生和女生GHQ-20总分的差异有统计学意义(p=0.018)。不同性别大学生健康生活方式总分与心理健康的自我肯定维度呈正相关,与忧郁、焦虑两个维度呈负相关。GHQ-20总分与大学生健康生活方式各个维度呈负相关。结论:健康生活方式与心理问题存在负相关关系,心理问题少的大学生具有更健康的生活方式。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the lifestyle and psychological status of college students in a private college in Shanghai in the past month. The purpose is to describe the current status of college students’ unhealthy behaviors and psychological problems and explore the relationship between the two. Methods: The survey tools include college students’ healthy lifestyle scale and general health questionnaire GHQ-20, and online questionnaire surveys are conducted on the college students. Results: The difference in the total scores of healthy lifestyles of college students of different genders was statistically significant(p =0.036);the difference of the total scores of GHQ-20 for boys and girls was statistically significant(p =0.018). The total score of healthy lifestyles of college students of different genders is positively correlated with the self-affirmation dimension of psychological health, and negatively correlated with the two dimensions of depression and anxiety. The total score of GHQ-20 is negatively correlated with all dimensions of college students’ healthy lifestyle. Conclusion: There is a negative correlation between healthy lifestyle and psychological problems, and college students with fewer psychological problems have a healthier lifestyle. |
