| Abstract: | Through analyzing the training system , management system, coach on - job training and the work benefits, the paper discusses the existing problems and shortcoming of competitive aerobics reserve talent cultivation in Liaoning province. The main purpose is to promote the cultivation of reserve talent and competitive aerobics development of Liaoning. |
