Abstract:Retail enterprises of large or middle -scale are now confronted with severe competitive situations. In order to improve competitive capacity and carry out multiple and over-all services of high quality and set up service brand, it is completely necessary that they must get rid of vindictive competition mode and adopt a long -term competition strategy of high obstruction. Therefore, they will be able to acquire the acceptance of consumers and keep long -term competitive advantages.
