| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高师生一般自我效能感和挫折应对方式的相互关系。方法：采用量表测量法对某省地方高等师范院校大学生的一般自我效能感和挫折应对方式的相关性进行研究。结果：1）大学生一般自我效能感性别差异显著,而城乡、专业、年级差异不显著;2）在挫折应对方式上,大学生的积极应对方式专业差异显著,在性别、城乡和年级上均无显著差异;大学生的消极应对方式在性别、城乡上差异显著,在专业、年级上均无显著差异;3）大学生的一般自我效能感与挫折应对方式有显著相关。高—低自我效能感组的大学生在挫折应对的积极应对方式上差异非常显著,在消极应对方式上无显著差异。结论：一般自我效能感是影响大学生挫折应对方式的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective :To explore the relationships between students in the Teacher Colleges' general self-efficacy and setbacks coping styles.Methods:Conducted scale survey to research the correlation between local Normal University Students'general self-efficacy,and the way to deal with setbacks.Results:①University student's general self-efficacy in gender is extremely remarkable,but in city and countryside,speciality,grade is not remarkable;②In the setback coping style,the positive coping style is remarkable in speciality,but not remarkable in gender,city,countryside and grade;The negative coping style in the sex,the city and countryside is remarkable,in specialty,grade is not remarkable difference;③ University student's general self-efficacy and the setback coping style have the remarkable correlation.The high-low self-efficacy group's university students is remarkable between the setback coping style in positive,in negative is not remarkable difference.Conclusion : general self-efficacy is an important factor in affecting the way students coping with setbacks. |
