| 摘 要： | 在高校管理过程中，决策者的有限理性导致了决策方案理性边界的存在。文章针对高校决策的理性限制，提出应当通过教师参与决策过程来增加高校决策的理性成分和提升决策的可实现性，并对教师参与高校决策的若干保障因素即知能、信息和机制因素作了的必要说明。
