| Abstract: | In order to adapt the development of geosciences disciplines and the demand of raising innovation talented person,we should break the single old-fashioned talented person raising mechanism,and based on the people first philosophy of education,to cultivate a suitable mechanism for innovation personnel raising and to enhance the capability for independent innovation of students is the current issue of the geological institutions,that is the true path from great to power country in the geosciences field. |
