台湾省高等教育评价的发展历程与制度框架

摘    要:经过30多年的发展,台湾省形成了由立法创制、"教育部"控制,并吸纳民间评鉴机构参与的比较完整的高等教育评鉴制度.其中"教育部"是组织评鉴活动的主体,将具体的评鉴活动委托给独立的专责机构--高等教育评鉴中心和民间评价机构--台湾评鉴协会.
