高职英语教师创建有效学习型课堂的探讨

摘    要:在以人为本的教育理念指导下,认清高职英语教学的"问题课堂"的实质,从高职英语教师教育教学能力要素谈起,通过分析高职英语课程中教学方法的探讨与创新,执行课堂管理与沟通技巧,在课堂管理艺术、教学积累与资源建设等教学主要环节的提升执教能力,达到关注教育主体自身的成长与进步、追求课堂教学的有效性,致力于创建有效学习型课堂。

Abstract:Under the guidance of people-centered educational philosophy, the author makes a clear understand- ing the essence of problem class in English teaching. The author also explains teaching ability factors for vocation- al college English teachers. The author put forward some suggestions to commit to creating an effective learning classroom by analyzing teaching methods and innovation of vocational English course, performing classroom man- agement and communication skills, and improving the teaching abilities in teaching process such as art of class- room management, teaching resources construction and accumulation, which focus on education body's own growth and progress and the pursuit of effectiveness of classroom teaching.
