高职院校中层干部执行力影响因素分析

摘    要:中层干部执行力强弱决定着学校整体执行力的高低,直接关系到学院战略目标的实现与否。认真分析影响中层干部执行力因素,有利于采取有效的措施提升中层干部的执行力,促进学校的发展。影响中层干部执行力因素的有执行主体方面因素,包括干部的责任心、领悟能力、统筹协调能力、学习力和人格魅力;执行环境因素,包括学校外部环境和学校内部环境,其中内部环境因素包括领导水平、组织架构和业务流程、奖惩机制、人文关怀;执行客体方面因素主要是中层干部的下属和服务对象。

Abstract:The Middle-level cadres' execution determines the strength of the overall execution school level, and directly related to the college strategic goals. By analyzing the factors that affect the execution to mid- die-level cadres, some effective measures are taken to enhance the executive power for middle-level cadres to promote development of the school. The factors include the main factors of the implementation namely cadres of responsibility, comprehend ability, overall coordination ability, learning ability and personality charm, and the perform environmental factors such as the internal environment in which include the level of leadership, organizational structure and business processes, reward and punishment mechanism, and hu- manities, and also mention the perform object factors which mainly refer to middle-level cadres' subordi- nates and clients.
