| 摘 要： | 权力寻租过程中公共资源的需求是缺乏价格弹性的,这个特征造成了腐败的内容、形式和程度的多样性,促成了腐败的泛滥。减少权力寻租,可以从减少和消除资源需求者超额利润的角度出发,提高公共资源需求的价格弹性,将其由一种"必需品"变为一种"奢侈品"。

| Abstract: | In the process of power rent-seeking actions,the price of public resources demand is inelasticity.It makes the corruption's contents,forms and extent to be more various,and make it spread far and wide.To decrease the power rent-seeking actions,we can reduce and eliminate the superprofits from the public resources buyers,and improve the price elasticity of demand,then turn them to be a kind of "necessity" from a kind of "luxury". |
