| Abstract: | The basic concept, significance and role of novelty assessment of medical achievements were discussed. The problems in novelty assessment of different medical achievements were analyzed by reviewing its related domestic and foreign literature and communicating via telephone or face to face with novelty assessment staff according to their aim and characteristics. Certain countermeasures for them were put forward. |
