运动训练对足球运动员有氧能力的影响

摘    要:通过观察足球运动员半年的训练前后安静及定量负荷的心率和血乳酸的不同反应,结果发现:训练后,反应机体工作能力的PWC170明显升高,而定量负荷时心率反应的降低有显著性,血乳酸的上升幅度也较小;同时,根据PWC170和12分钟跑成绩分别推算出的VO2max训练后较训练前有所增加,而且由12分钟跑推算VO2max,无论在理论上还是在实践操作中都更适宜于运动场上的现场测算和评估。

Abstract:After observing the different reaction of the heart rate of quantitative burden and BHL of the football players before and after the training for half a year, the author gets this result: after training, the PWC170 reflecting the working ability of the body increases greatly, and when having quantitative burden, the body's heart rate reduces obviously, while BHL increases at a little rate. At the same time, according to PWC170 and the result after 12 minutes' running, VO2max increases after the training. The author concludes that both in theory and practice to calculate VO2max in terms of 12 minutes' running is more fit for the practical calculation and assessment in the playground.
