| 摘 要： | 智囊团是为政府、企业或其它组织收集整理信息,分析研究问题、提供可行性方案的人才团体。通过智囊团,决策者可以听箴言、寻佳策,可以加深对国家政治经济方针政策的理解,准确制定企业发展战略。本文分别对重大决策中充分发挥智囊团作用的意义、原则、途径及应注意的问题四个方面进行了探索,对在实践中充分发挥智囊团的作用有一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | A think bank is an organization that collects information,analyses problems and provides feasible schemes for a government,enterprise or another organization.Decision makers can deepen the understanding of state policies on politics and economy and make correct decisions on the strategy of enterprise development after they turn to others for advice. The writing attempts to explore the four aspects related to the significance,principle,channels and cautions of how to bring into full play a think bank in making important decisions,and it can direct,to an extent,how to bring a think bank into full play in practice. |
