| 摘 要： | 充分就业是和谐社会的重要标志和必然要求，也是高校就业指导向职业指导转变的根本促因，这符合社会、高校、大学生三者的共同需要。因此，高校要在教育性、可控性、结构性、实效性四个原则之下，以职业指导课程体系为基础，以职业素质拓展活动为补充，以职业测评和职业咨询为辅助，以职前课堂和专业实习为延伸，以专业化指导队伍建设为保障，以此有效开展和合力推进高校职业指导。

| Abstract: | Full employment is an important indicator and an inevitable requirement of a harmonious society and also a fundamental promotion from college employment guidance to college career guidance, which meets the common requirements of the society, the university and the students. In the principles of education, control, structure and effectiveness, the college career guidance should be based on career guidance course system with the supplement of career quality development, the assistant of career assessment and career counseling, the extension of pre - career classroom teaching and professional practice as well as the guarantee of building a professional guidance team. |
