| 摘 要： | 市民环境素质不仅关系到一个城市的形象和竞争力，更关系到社会经济事业的全面协调和可持续发展。因此，提高衡阳市民环境素质和环境意识对衡阳旅游业的发展、城市的对外形象以及城市自身环境质量等方面具有直接的作用。当前衡阳市民对环境方面的认识存在着环境意识不强、环境知识严重不足、环境师资力量缺乏、市委市政府在环境方面的宣传力度不够等问题。因此必须制订出提高市民环境素质的有关措施和可行性方案。

| Abstract: | Citizenry's environmental awareness is closely related not only to image of a city and its comparativeness,but to the social economy's sustainable development. Hence sublimating Hengyang people's environmental awareness will do good to boosting the city's tourism and to beautifying its outside image as well with better living environment. But currently, there are quite some problems facing people in this respect:feeble environmental awareness, skin-deep knowledge in this area, under-manned array of teachers on environmental science, insufficient governmental propaganda for this goal and suchlike. So it is a must to take measures to elevate the grassroots'environmental awareness . |
