| 摘 要： | 青年教师作为新建本科院校教学能力的中坚力量,其整体素质关系到新建本科院校未来的学科建设水平和人才培养质量.针对新建本科院校青年教师的特点,可从加大岗前培训力度、建立青年教师导师制、促成教学团队形成与建设、增强青年教师自我教育力四个方面,提高青年教师教学能力.

| Abstract: | The young teachers are the most important teaching faculty in the new colleges.The quality of young teachers is critical to the level of subject construction and the quality of talent training in the future.In this case,the teaching ability of young teachers can be improved from the following points,strengthening pre-job training,establishing the tutorial system for young teachers,forming and developing the teaching team and increasing their ability of self-study. |
